American Cousins?
The following photographs have
have been rescued from a garage sale in California, US. They seem to date from 1880 - 1930 and may have
belonged to Mrs. Robert BLACKSHAW whose maiden name may have been Emma SEAVER. Although the family
may have been living in Missouri, the photos come from various
locations -- Pennsylvania, Iowa, and Colorado, as well as Missouri.
They may or may not be of the same family.
As you can, see some of the photographs have been
poorly treated and are rather fragile. Click on the thumbnails below to see them clearly - they may take a little while to load!
Can anyone detect any clues from the dress or hairstyles
etc. that might give us some ideas? Do they belong to your family?
I would be very grateful if you could let me know! Sheila.
